Kidventure World

A playful website with the practical answers parents need.

Romeoville, Illinois

The project

Kidventure World is an indoor playground in Romeoville. The redesign brings its colorful personality and real play spaces together with the information families need to choose a party, compare passes, or plan a first visit.

Keep the excitement of the playground while making the grown-up decisions easy: what a visit involves, which party fits the guest list, and how to start a conversation with the team.

What I worked on
  • WordPress redesign
  • Party package presentation
  • Visit and admission information
  • Mobile navigation

Inside the website

Kidventure World birthday party page comparing the Super, Mega, and Private packages

Compare the celebration before making the inquiry.

Super, Mega, and Private parties share the same layout. Each shows its duration, included children, capacity, and separate weekday and weekend rates, followed by the shared party details.

Parents are comparing a guest list and a day as much as a price. Keeping those details in the same order helps them find a suitable package, while the important policies remain readable below the comparison.

Kidventure World passports page with daily admission information and repeat-visit options

Different ways to keep coming back.

The admission page starts with daily hours and prices, then separates the eight-visit punch pass from the monthly, seasonal, and annual passports. Real play photographs carry through the options.

A punch pass and a time-based passport answer different needs. Grouping the options by how a family will use them makes the choices easier to understand and keeps the visit information close by.

Kidventure World party inquiry page with planning instructions and its contact form

Make the next step clear.

The party inquiry page explains the process before the form: compare packages, share a preferred date, and wait for the team to follow up. The form asks for contact details, a package, date, and message.

An inquiry needs to feel approachable and set the right expectation. The page states that submitting the form does not reserve a date or complete a payment, so the next conversation starts with a shared understanding.

Design decisions

  • The real playground

Used the existing multicolor identity and real facility photography to give the homepage the personality of the playground.

  • Party choices at a glance

Presented party sizes, included children, and weekday and weekend rates in a consistent comparison.

  • Useful visit information

Brought admission, hours, location, socks, and waiver information into the visitor journey.

  • A familiar mobile path

Carried the same photo and typography system through supporting pages and a compact mobile navigation.

Plan the day before you arrive.

Brought admission, hours, location, socks, and waiver information into the visitor journey.

From the client

“Has a great experience and would definitely recommend!”
Review from Reena Rey, Kidventure World

The result

The refreshed WordPress site gives families a consistent route from discovering the playground to checking visit details, comparing party packages, and contacting the team. Real photography keeps the experience rooted in the place itself.
