Questions Manhattan business owners usually ask.
Straight answers before you spend time on a proposal or sales call.
Are revisions included?
Every website build and redesign includes unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope before launch. You work directly with Alec to refine the design, wording, and layout. New pages, additional features, a change of project direction, and updates after launch are scoped separately.
Do you only work with businesses in Manhattan?
No. Frontstage works with businesses throughout Chicagoland. Manhattan is one part of a service area that includes the southwest suburbs, Southland, Fox Valley, and nearby communities.
How much does a small-business website cost?
A Starter Website is $500, Custom Websites start at $1,250, and an Online Store is $1,000. Platform redesigns, larger ecommerce builds, memberships, branding, SEO campaigns, and other advanced projects are quoted individually.
How long does a website project take?
A focused small-business site often takes 1–2 weeks once content and feedback are ready. Larger sites and integrations take longer. The schedule is confirmed with your scope before work starts.
Who owns the finished website?
You own the finished website. I can manage the domain for you or work with the domain in your own account, whichever you prefer. For coded projects, I keep the finished website files and can transfer them if you decide to move to another provider. We confirm account access, handoff, and third-party licenses in the project agreement.
Can you help with maintenance after launch?
Yes. The first month of hosting is included with a website launch. Ongoing hosting support, basic upkeep, and small edits start at $50 per month, with the scope agreed separately. Larger changes are quoted separately.
Can you redesign an existing website?
Yes. I can preserve the business information that still matters while improving the structure, visual direction, mobile experience, and path to contact.
Is local SEO included?
Every build includes a clean technical and on-page foundation. Deeper keyword research, Google Business Profile work, additional location content, and ongoing SEO can be scoped separately.
