Terms of Service
A few ground rules for using this website and getting a project started with Frontstage Web Design.
Effective October 4, 2026
Using this website
These terms apply to your use of the Frontstage Web Design website and its inquiry and website-audit tools. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. You may browse the site, learn about our services, and contact us about a project.
Quotes and project agreements
Submitting an inquiry or requesting an audit does not create a client relationship or reserve a project start date. Website prices and timelines describe starting points and depend on the final scope, content readiness, and feedback.
Information and materials you provide
Please provide accurate contact and project information. Only submit content, images, logos, or other materials that you own or have permission to share for the requested work. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your business information and for reviewing and approving project content. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive credentials through the inquiry form.
Website audits and results
Only request an audit for a website you own or are authorized to assess. Audits reflect the pages and technical signals available at the time of the scan. They may be incomplete and are intended to help identify possible improvements. An audit is not a security assessment, legal accessibility determination, or guarantee of search rankings, traffic, sales, or leads. Project outcomes depend on many factors, including your offer, market, content, and third-party platforms.
Respectful and lawful use
Do not use the website to send spam, impersonate someone, submit unlawful material, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the website or its tools. We may limit access to protect the website and its visitors from misuse.
Website content and client work
Frontstage website copy, branding, and original design materials belong to Frontstage or their respective owners. Client names, logos, photographs, and portfolio work remain subject to their owners’ rights. You may view and share links to this website. Reusing protected materials requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where applicable law permits otherwise. Rights to deliverables created for a client are addressed in that client’s written agreement.
Third-party websites and services
The website links to client websites, social platforms, and other third-party services. Those providers control their own content, availability, pricing, and policies. Any third-party hosting, domains, software, apps, or integrations used in a project are subject to the relevant provider’s terms and the agreed project scope.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but errors, interruptions, or outdated information can occur. General website content and tools are provided as available without a promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Frontstage is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibilities for paid services are set out in the written client agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the website or services change. The current version and its effective date will appear on this page. Changes to these website terms do not replace or amend an existing signed client agreement.
